Product description

Effectively alleviates snoring and mild sleep apnoea. Combats both tongue-based snoring and open mouth snoring. The design prevents mouth breathing (which triggers open mouth snoring) and in addition prevents your tongue from partially blocking the back of your throat (thus, eliminating tongue-based snoring). Directions for use: The mandibular advancement device customisable (by warming it up in a water bath and making a custom impression of your bite). In doing so, the mandibular advancement (extent by which the lower jaw is moved forward) can be calibrated from 0 – 10 mm (infinitely variable calibration). It can be remoulded several times. The anti-snoring mouthpiece is worn at night, while you sleep. The high-quality synthetic material and customisation ensure comfort. Made in the USA from medical-grade plastic (BPA- and latex-free). Application

Snoring can have several causes. Many products such as nasal dilators or plasters only help effectively if the cause of your snoring is a difficulty in breathing through your nose. If these products don't work for you, you may suffer from narrowed airways in the throat area. This is where SnorBan comes in. SnorBan pushes your lower jaw forward and thus keeps your airways clear. If you only snore with your mouth open, your snoring could be caused by vibrating palatal tissue. The SnorBan mandibular advancement device also helps alleviate this because it is a one-piece, closed device that prevents you from unconsciously switching to breathing through your mouth, at night.

Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, this product is delivered in sealed hygienic packaging. You are therefore NOT able to return the product if the sealed hygienic packaging has been unwrapped. Provided the sealed packaging is unopened, you have the option to return the product to us within 30 days of receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights, most notably with regard to product defects.

Sizing instructions

Instructions for use

Caution: It may take a little longer (approx. 2-3 weeks) until you get used to the anti-snoring mouthpiece and no longer experience the sensation of having a foreign object your mouth. The SnorBan protrusion splint may not be suitable for you if you: have a protruding lower jaw or a severe overbite, suffer from jaw pain, loose teeth, a serious gum, temporomandibular joint dysfunction or other jaw problems have chronic asthma or epilepsy wear braces, dentures, bridges or removable partial dentures or have problems with the upper or lower front teeth, are under 18 years of age. If one or more of these cases apply to you, please consult your ENT specialist or your dentist or contact us before you place your order.

Instruction manual

For individual fitting, the Snorban MAD is briefly placed in hot water. This makes the plastic soft and malleable. By biting down on the warm splint, you adapt SnorBan to your jaw and teeth. When the protrusion splint cools down, it keeps the shape of your bite impression and fits perfectly. This exact fit is important so that the pressure is evenly distributed over your teeth. You will find detailed instructions on how to fit the splint in the enclosed instructions for use. The SnorBan MAD is used overnight. Rinse it briefly with clean water and insert it into your mouth. SnorBan prevents one of the most common causes of snoring: a blocked throat due to a slackened tongue. You can clean the Mandibular Advancement Device with mild soap and lukewarm water. Alternatively, add a little bit of mouthwash to a cup and use a toothbrush to clean the device in the solution. After maximum one minute, take the snoring mouthpiece out of the solution again and rinse with water. To achieve optimal cleaning results, you can also use special cleaning tablets or gels (e. g. BONYplus tabs or the Curaprox cleaners). Do not use toothpaste or regular denture cleaners, the ingredients may damage the surface of the MAD.
